Freedom, Bacon, America, and Real Estate Marketing
(it doesn't get any better than that)
I'm a former REALTOR
I started in real estate in 1996 as an Assistant Project Manager working for a homebuilder in St. Peters, MO. It was here I learned about selling real estate from local agent who had been in the business for 30 years and had a pretty phenomenal career.
From 1998 to 2005, my career took me on a entrepreneur path in starting up a factory on the south side of Chicago, and then a few years after September 11th, 2001 I made a decision to join the U.S. Army.
When I came home I went back to real estate and again became a Realtor and Managing Broker. During the real estate crash I worked alongside a team and we closed over 1000 short sale transactions during that time.
In late 2011, I started seeing foreclosure rates dropping for the first time since the start of the crash in Arizona (Phoenix) and California.
I knew it was just a matter of time until this trend became nationwide and our team was going to have to re-adjust to a new marketplace.
In late 2011, I came to the conclusion that all real estate was going online and that in order to compete we needed to be able to market our brand and listings online better than anyone else if we wanted to stay competitive and lead the industry.
But first I needed to learn how to do this.
So I began searching for info, training, and eduction on how to use Social Media, Videos, and Build an Online Presence for our agents and brokerage.
I attended all of the seminars and classes I could find. Unfortunately, the only thing I found was a lot of BS and hype being taught.
Then, I started going outside of the real estate industry to learn about these subjects and it here I found all of the answers I was looking for.
Fast forward to today, and now Agent Redefined is a media production company and a training system which trains real estate agents how to market themselves digitally.
