Real estate photography done the way it’s supposed to be…
We do the opposite of what every other real estate photography company does.
We treat every home the same.
We shoot and edit every photo as if it where a million dollar listing.
We don’t count how many photos we shoot in a property.
We just shoot as many photos as the home needs.
Blue sky replacements, TV screen replacements, grass replacements, and clear views through the windows are all standard.
The only thing not included is a steak taco dinner.
Below you’ll see examples of recent work I photographed in the Chicagoland area. Enjoy amigo… (Click the image thumbnails to open photo gallery)
New Construction Luxury Home in Chicago | Lou Fernandez, Dreamtown – Agent
This was a 95% new construction home completed by Lou Fernandez. He’s both a real estate agent and a real estate developer. These are only part of the 45 total photos we completed in this project. The high quality of construction and finishing materials used made this home a very special one to shoot. No matter where I pointed the camera there were so many great shots to take.
Single Family Home in Wheaton, Illinois | Heather Murphy, Berkshire Hathaway – Agent
This was a modern home in the west burbs. We shot it on a greyish day right after it finished raining. So in this project we had to do a lot of blue sky replacement work in it. (Remember blue sky replacements are standard for us)
Blue Sky Work, Lawn Replacements, TV Screen Replacements, and more edits that are standard here…
Chicago weather kinda sucks.
We have a lot of grey and cloudy days here and this can often make real estate photographs look dark and boring.
Blue sky work is essential to showcasing your listings online and attracting buyers to them.
In the following examples you’ll see some before and afters to judge for yourself.
You’ll also see TV Screen replacements and Fireplace work in action and why it does make a difference.
Some more real estate photography goodness…
Here’s a random assortment of shots taken from some cool properties that I had the opportunity to photograph.
We use Professional Gear
You’re only as good as your gear.
There are a lot of “real estate photographers” out there who are saying they are pros and not even using a tripod!!!
If they don’t have a portfolio of thier work online and if they are not using professional equipment, then they should not be charging you.
I’ve invested heavily into our gear and for all of our photography work we are using the following:
1. Canon 5D Mark IV (DSLR)
2. Canon Speedlite System 600 EX-RT (Flash)
3. Manfrotto Tripods
4. Sigma ART 12-24mm ART Wide Angle Lens
5. 27″ iMac with 32gb of RAM and 1TB Hard Drive
6. All of our photos are edited in post production using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop
